1. If the executive branch (= a Chesapeake bureaucrat) makes a rule that applies to all participants of a public funded event on sign size etc. then okay by me.
But, it's none of the courts' business. Judges getting involved here indicates a bigger problem of judicial usurpation of power.
2. If the rule is based on content - Christian free speech - then we have a problem with the Executive Branch for violating the 1st Amendment and with the Judicial Branch for arrogantly trying to define the 1st Amendment by making it up as they go along.
