How do I know they didn't pull an Allen sign and take pictures? Or put a Webb sign in front of an Allen sign and do the same.
Despicable.
Look at the first picture, lights in the distance, possibly headlights, which would allow folks clear view of the Webb sign BLOCKING the Allen sign. Yay, angles.
And what's to stop a Webb backer from putting a sign behind an Allen sign, taking a picture and screaming bloody murder?
The pictures prove nothing.
What's worse? It's August, people...
And it might be possible that he is telling the truth. But as many times as I have heard and seen Republican signs being blocked or pulled, Brian Patton crying foul does not hold up. If he truly thinks it is despicable, I would love to see him fess up and admit to that happening while asking Democrat supporters to stop doing it as well. Instead, this is what he says: "And when folks here in Southwest Virginia get mad, we do not sink to Allen’s level and do the same thing." No, apparently, they sunk to those levels before.
I am sorry. I have no pity for Webb and his Democrat supporters in this race until I stop seeing Democrats using similar tactics.
We don't know which sign was put up first, or which sign is more prominent to the oncoming traffic, or just why the signs are so close to each other.
All we know is that a democrat has his hand on a George Allen sign. Why does a democrat have a George Allen sign in his hand?
